What is Non-Emergency Medical Transportation?

Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) is a type of transportation service that is provided in a non-emergency situation. The goal of a non-emergency medical transportation is to safely transport the elderly, disabled, and anyone that is medically challenged to drive from one location to another.

How much advance notice do I need to provide before booking transportation?

To schedule service, please call us 24-48 hours in advance.

What are the hours of operation?

Office hours are between 6 AM- 6 PM. However, transportations are made 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays. All after hours, weekends, and holiday transportation must be scheduled 24-48 hours prior to the time services are needed.

What forms of payments do you accept?

All major credit cards, cash, and personal checks are accepted at Ride Aid Transportation. All payments are due at the time of transportation unless prior payment arrangements are made.

How much do you charge for transportation?

At Ride Aid Transportation, we take pride in providing our clients with fair and competitive pricing. All of our rates are calculated based on the types of service and distance traveled. Please call us for a free quote.

Do you accept insurance?

We accept insurance with pre-authorization approval number from the provider. Please check with insurance provider for eligibility.
